How to Request Data Deletion

If you connected a social media account (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, X, or LinkedIn) to ContentPilot, you can request deletion of all your data, including stored OAuth tokens and account records.

Email Request

Send an email to privacy@contentpilot.media with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• The email address associated with your ContentPilot account
• (Optional) The social media platforms you connected, to help us locate your data faster

We will process your request and delete your data within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

Upon processing your deletion request, we permanently remove:

• OAuth access and refresh tokens for all connected platforms
• Connected account identifiers (platform user/page/business IDs, usernames)
• Scheduled and published content records tied to your account
• Usage and analytics data associated with your account
• Your ContentPilot account record and profile data
